The Citrus County Board of County Commissioners on April 11 declared April 24 through 28, 2017 as Law Week in Citrus County.
Law Week is an occasion of public acknowledgement of our Nation’s heritage of Justice, Liberty and Equality under the law. 
Promoting public understanding of the roots of our freedom is an important component in the civic education of the citizens of the United States, and of the citizens of Citrus County.

Authorities seek missing, disabled man

Christopher Harris was visiting from St. PetersburgCRYSTAL RIVER - Citrus County deputies and other law enforcement agencies are searching for a developmentally delayed 37-year-old man named Christopher Harris, of St. Petersburg.

Harris, who lives at the Patton House in St. Pete, arrived by bus several days ago to visit his mother in Crystal River.
